With over 5,000 bedrooms on campus and in the city, we operate multiple reception hubs for students, staff, visitors, and commercial guests.

You will be the first point of contact, acting at all times in a welcoming and professional manner, respecting both diversity and equal opportunity.

The key purpose of the role is to carry out receptionist duties and respond immediately to general enquiries, by phone, email and in person. You will enjoy working with a wide variety of people and be able to build good working relationships with other University departments and key stakeholders.

Being part of this team, you will work across all receptions with a level of flexibility and availability to work across a variety of locations and hours. The receptions are open 7 days per week between 8am – 10pm, and you will join a rota working 5 days over 7.

This role is offered on a full time (36.5 hours per week) permanent basis.
